, President of the Republic, Barham Salih, and Assistant to the Iranian President, Amir Hossein Qazizadeh Hashemi, stressed, on Wednesday, the need to activate the understandings and agreements concluded between the two sides.
The Presidency of the Republic said in a statement received by Mawazine News that "the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received today, Wednesday, the Iranian President's Assistant, Head of the Iranian Martyrs Foundation, Amir Hossein Qazizadeh Hashemi."
The statement added, "During the meeting, they discussed the strong bilateral relations between the two neighboring countries, and their importance for the two peoples to serve the two countries and the whole region, and the necessity of strengthening relations between the two countries in various fields, exchanging experiences in various sectors and activating the understandings and agreements concluded between the two sides was emphasized." in various fields through investment and service plans and projects developed in this regard.”
Hashemi affirmed, according to the statement, "the Islamic Republic of Iran's support for Iraq in various fields, and its endeavor to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries in a manner that serves the interests of the two peoples." Ended 29/N33
