    Today, Saturday, the political forces held intensive meetings ahead of the presidential election session.


    A parliamentary source told Alsumaria News, "The coordinating framework held a meeting outside the House of Representatives."

    For his part, our correspondent said that "the political blocs affiliated with the Alliance to Save a Nation held individual meetings within the House of Representatives," referring to "the arrival of the New Generation Movement and an extension to the House of Representatives."

    He added, "The deputies have not yet been invited to enter the session hall."

    Earlier, the media department of the House of Representatives denied the postponement of today's session.

    The department said in a brief statement that "there is no postponement of today's parliament session, and it will sit on time."

    The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold its session today, to vote on choosing the new President of the Republic.
