The price of Basra Heavy crude is declining and recording less than $ 100
Shafaq News/ The price of Basra Heavy crude fell, on Wednesday, to record less than $100 per barrel, with global oil prices fluctuating.
Basra Heavy crude, exported to Asia, decreased by $0.71 with a change rate of 0.71%, to reach $99.13 per barrel.
Most of the prices of OPEC crudes fell, except for the UAE Murban crude, which recorded $107.39, up $2.76, while Saudi Arabian crude scored $110.04 a barrel, down $0.53, and Algeria’s Sahran blend amounted to $108.55, down $2.19, and Iran’s heavy mix reached $106.10, down by 1.81 The Nigerian Bonny crude amounted to $107.03, down by $2.56, while the Angolan Girasole crude amounted to $105.11, down by $2.56.
And oil prices fluctuated during the two days, with supply concerns about disruption to Russian oil supplies, after the European Union sought to impose a ban on Russian oil imports, while the closure of cities continues in China, the second largest economy in the world after the outbreak of Covid-19.
