    According
    to the Kurdistan blocs Coalition MP Kassem Mohammad shmkhti, a positive
    mobility between parliamentary blocs to reach an agreement to pass the
    budget on Monday, noting that an integrated budget bill can be voted on.

    Shmkhti
    said in a press statement Saturday that '' the draft integrated and
    indivisible, but within the rules of procedure of the House of
    representatives to vote on each paragraph and then vote on the project
    in General, and indivisible form paragraphs, keep the other paragraphs.

    He
    added: there is a positive movement to reach an agreement in order to
    pass the budget, and that all international financial things off because
    the approval, expected to be voted on next Monday.

    Prime
    Minister Nuri al-Maliki renewed his call for Congress to quickly approve
    the budget or at least adoption of five billion dollars to build houses
    for the poor and the weak ", with the company implemented a project
    called banks of Karbala residential work" night and day "to accomplish.

    He
    said Al-Maliki, who traveled to Karbala for the opening of a project:
