Today, Friday, the Federal Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced the imminent launch of the eighth and ninth rounds of the displaced grant, while confirming that its distribution will be subject to priorities, controls and conditions.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Ali Abbas Jahangir, said that "the ministry will launch the eighth and ninth rounds of grants very soon, and they will be according to priorities and controls."
Jahangir added that "the distribution of grants will be according to priorities, controls and conditions, no matter how large the number is, and they will be for applicants first, as well as for those who have recently returned to their homes to encourage their stability."
He pointed out that "all regions are concerned with this grant, but it will be within the controls for those who submitted at the beginning as well as for those who have returned recently," concluding by saying: "We will try to include everyone, but within the sums of money available to us."
He added that the ministry is collecting grants of two, three or four months, to bring the number of beneficiary families to 10,000 or a little less, to launch one meal that includes 6 governorates.
He pointed out that the value of the grant will be one and a half million, and it will be distributed to the included families within days.
