The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Sunday, the issuance of recruitment orders against 8 officials in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals; For deliberately committing a violation of the duties of their job, and for their refusal to perform any of its duties.
The Authority's Investigation Department said, according to a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued three summoning orders against the current Director-General of the General Company for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Supplies in Samarra, for his override in the actual disbursement of financial allocations in the planning budget. For the year 2020, without taking the necessary measures to obtain the fundamental approvals, as well as the company’s cash flow out during the year 2020.
The department added, "The general manager of the General Company for the Manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Appliances in Samarra has, in addition, committed violations in the process of purchasing materials (Charmicidin and Hamotropin) and (Setate Pills).
And she continued, "The second recruitment order also included the directors of the legal and commercial department, while the third order included the assistant general manager of the company and (the directors of commercial departments, internal control, maintenance and planning), in addition to the person in charge of customs clearance work in the company."
She explained that "the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued a summons order against the accused, based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code." Ended 29/N33
