instructed the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, on Saturday, to launch financial allocations to compensate those affected by war operations, acts of terrorism, political dismissals and the transfer of services.
And the Ministry of Finance stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, instructed to complete the procedures for launching financial allocations to compensate those affected by war operations, military mistakes and acts of terrorism, in addition to the financial allocation for the segment of the political dismissed and the transfer of services."
Sami stressed, according to the statement, "the need to expedite the completion of procedures related to these groups, including the compensatory allocations that come under Law No. 20 of 2009 legislated by the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and the supervision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers through the Central Committee for Compensation for Victims of Terrorism and Military Errors," stressing that "The ministry is continuing its procedures to settle all the transactions of the aforementioned categories."
The statement continued, "The ministry affirms its commitment to implement all decisions and legislation in accordance with the controls and instructions in force, and that it spares no effort to establish the rights of the various segments and groups of Iraqi society, in accordance with the principles of transparency and equality pursued by the ministry."
