The National Mobilization, which was formed by the Prime Ministry, began implementing service projects that suffer from shortages in many areas of the capital, Baghdad.
Al-Hurriya, Al-Shula, Al-Shaab, and Al-Nahrawan are the first areas in which the first reconstruction projects were launched, after direct guidance from the Prime Minister, who ordered the formation of a committee of various institutions called the National Mobilization.
For its part, the Popular Mobilization, as one of the main poles of this formation, says that the outskirts of the capital are the most affected in terms of service, not to mention the huge population of about half of the population of the center
