Askar said, "The draft budget law for the year 2023 is still under construction and study by the Council of Ministers, and this draft will reach us in the middle of next month, and upon its arrival, Parliament will not enter any legislative recess until after the law is approved."
And he indicated that "the Iraqi parliament needs from a month to a month and a half in order to legislate the budget law after its arrival from the Council of Ministers, especially since there is a political agreement and consensus to expedite the legislation of this law due to its economic importance during the next stage, and so that the new government can implement its government program through the paragraphs of the budget." ".
