    The House of Representatives finished its report and discussion of the draft law of the first amendment to the law regulating the lease of agricultural land and granting agricultural and veterinary graduates the right to dispose of it.
    A statement from the parliament’s media department stated, “The House of Representatives has completed the report and discussion of the draft law, the first amendment to the law regulating the lease of agricultural lands and the right to dispose of them for agricultural and veterinary graduates No. (24) for the year 2013.”
    And the media department of the House of Representatives had stated in a statement that “Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi opened the work of Session No. (11), for the fifth electoral session of the second legislative year, within the first legislative term.”
