Security expert Fadel Abu Ragheef revealed, on Monday, the reasons for the American moves on the Iraqi-Syrian border during these days, while stressing that these moves are continuing to protect the elements of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) from the Turkish bombing.
Abu Ragheef said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "The most prominent reason for the continuous American moves these days is to protect the Syrian SDF from the Turkish bombing on the Iraqi border," noting that "Washington has many balances in the region."
And he continued, "America does not want to get out of this game as a losing party, but rather works by protecting the SDF until it is a main party in these budgets," pointing out that "the Syrian lands are greater than the Iraqi balances in view of the multiplicity of parties."
Regarding the other reason for the US moves on the Syrian-Iraqi border, Abu Ragheef explains: "Washington is working through these moves to provide protection for the Zionist entity and create an information and air cover for the Golan Heights and the Israeli air borders."
The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ali Al-Fatlawi, had warned in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, of "suspicious American movements on the Iraqi-Syrian borders during this period, calling on the government to take caution and caution." End 25/y
