    Baghdad Today - Translator
Today, Monday, the international news agency Reuters revealed that the governments of Baghdad and Erbil have completed the details of an agreement to pump oil back from the region to global markets after it stopped during the past weeks after Baghdad won an international case that prevents the region from exporting oil without the approval of the capital.
The agency said, according to what was translated (Baghdad Today), that "two sources from within the two governments assured it confidentially that Baghdad and Erbil had agreed that the SOMO company would sign contracts for the merchants concerned with transporting oil from the region, while the latter would refrain from exporting oil to the Asian market and issue special prices." without the consent of Baghdad.
The Iraqi Oil Ministry and the regional government refused to answer Reuters' questions about the nature and details of the agreement, stressing, quoting four confidential internal sources, that the agreement also included a working "mechanism" between the region and the center that ensures the continuation of the flow of oil through the approval and supervision of Baghdad and under the prices set by the capital and the parties that can The region is equipped with oil.
It is noteworthy that the agency also indicated that the ball is now "in Turkey's court" with regard to the export of oil from the region, something confirmed by one of its own sources, also indicating the existence of major "differences" between Baghdad and Ankara, especially after the latter's efforts to file a lawsuit against Baghdad in the courts. As an attempt to "rehabilitate" America, as shown by (Baghdad Today) in a previous report.

Earlier in the day, MEE revealed "Turkish efforts" to file a lawsuit against the Iraqi government with the aim of fining Baghdad half a billion dollars for oil export violations from the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
And the network indicated, according to what was translated (Baghdad Today), that "two official sources who refused to reveal their identities confirmed to it that Ankara is now seriously considering filing a lawsuit with the US courts to obtain a fine of $ 527 million from Baghdad for violating provisions in exporting the region's oil." ".
The network described the Turkish moves as an "attempt to rehabilitate and take revenge" on Baghdad, which last Monday filed a lawsuit with the US courts to force Ankara to pay the amount of one and a half billion dollars imposed on it by the International Court as a fine for exporting the region's oil without Baghdad's approval, which is a violation of the agreement. 1973.
It is noteworthy that Iraq's victory in the case brought before the US courts now will lead to a decision to seize the official Turkish property and bank accounts in the United States and hand them over to Baghdad's disposal, which Ankara is trying to avoid, according to the network's description.
