    The Iraqi Oil Ministry and the regional government refused to answer Reuters' questions about the nature and details of the agreement, stressing, quoting four confidential internal sources, that the agreement also included a working "mechanism" between the region and the center that ensures the continuation of the flow of oil through the approval and supervision of Baghdad and under the prices set by the capital and the parties that can The region is equipped with oil.
