A member of the Parliamentary Investment Committee confirmed that the draft financial budget law for the year 2023 “is characterized by greater investment flexibility” than previous budgets.
Muhammad Al-Ziyadi said in a press interview seen by “Takadam” that “there is no link between the investment issue and the delay in approving the budget law, as the investment budget exists and all financial dues will be disbursed from this section after the approval of the budget law.”
He added, "The current budget is characterized by greater flexibility than its predecessors with regard to the investment side."
