    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:

Member of the House of Representatives, Siham Al-Moussawi, confirmed that there are no indications that the new salary scale will be sent by the government to Parliament, while ruling out its approval during the current year. Al-Moussawi said in a press statement, “With regard to approving the new salary scale, in fact, there are no indications that it will be sent by the government to Parliament, and it needs to be studied by the government, the Ministry of Finance and the competent authorities.”And she added, "The salary scale law has very large financial consequences, as its application will result in differences in salaries and allowances, in addition to the fact that the financial budget law was approved, and therefore it is difficult to approve it during the current year 2023."

And she indicated that "if the federal government wanted to implement a new salary scale, it would not be during this year, and it might be during 2024."[/rtl]
