The Ministry of Commerce announced its launch of politicians laws
(trade regulation and consumer protection), and system (brand names).
A
statement from the Ministry of Commerce received/JD/copy: in
cooperation with CIPE established gathering Iraq launch a Conference on
2020 policy papers for the three economic laws (Trade Regulation Act,
consumer protection act and the law system of trade names).
The
statement quoted Trade Ministry Walid Al-Moussawi was quoted as saying
in his speech on behalf of the Minister of Commerce Khairallah Hassan
Babiker: the Ministry concerned and interested and responsible in this
strategic project output to the fullest to contribute actively and
activist in the overall operations of the country's national economic
development and to achieve the outcome of development, prosperity and
stability in Iraq riser.
He said the Ministry of Commerce
undertook to promulgate laws and legislation on scientific orientation
of building the foundations of a solid national economy, goals and
ambitions to achieve the economic objective of the approved commercial
and scientific formulas, methods and means of modern thought.
He
noted that this project aims to choose ten economic laws, three of which
have been identified and each team discusses the various corners of the
law also sets up a first draft of the project through extensive
workshops designed to prepare the final draft of the project and
announced through an expanded Conference, and these projects are handed
over to the relevant authorities including the Ministry of Commerce and
the economic sectors concerned./finished/22/
