Today, Thursday, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs, Izzat Saber, announced a preliminary agreement with the Republic of Turkmenistan to import gas.
Saber said in a statement, of which Mawazine News received a copy: "A senior government delegation held meetings with officials in the gas sector in the Republic of Turkmenistan," noting that "the delegation included the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity for Production Affairs, Adel Karim, the advisor Abdul Hamza Hadi, and the Director General of the Studies and Planning Department.
