    She said the Department of Telecommunications and E Dhi Qar, the e-governance project, which was completed in the first Bmrahlth spend Nasiriyah, in its second phase will be expanded to include the rest of the cities of the province. 
    According to Communications Manager Dhi Qar Ali Hassan Musa News Network Nasiriyah, said that the province allocated for the completion of the second phase of seven billion and 500 million Iraqi dinars development of the regions within the budget for the current year 2014. 
    He pointed out that the first phase of the project included only spend Nasiriyah, where it was linked to dozens of government departments and schools within Mndoma electronic and integrated communications network, which will be implemented later in the second phase to include the rest of the districts of the province. 
    He stressed that the launch of the second phase depends on the passage of the general budget of the country for the year 2014, that are carried out according to a predetermined schedule. 
    The first phase has been completed at a cost of one billion and 700 million Iraqi dinars allocated for the project within the budget for the development of the regions in 2012.
