    Al-Dulaimi said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “The Taqadum Party ranked first in terms of financial allocation to electoral propaganda for its candidates, taking advantage of the party’s control over the management of the governorate’s affairs and its control over all government departments and harnessing them for the benefit of its candidates, not to mention the party’s illegal seizure of distinctive places to hang pictures of its candidates.” Preventing the candidates of other parties from approaching these places is one of the biggest electoral violations without taking any action by the Anbar Commission Office.” 
    He added, "Al-Halbousi allocated huge sums of money for the electoral promotion of his party's campaign, while distributing financial rewards to some influential figures in Anbari Street to support his efforts to obtain results that would qualify him for his party to remain in managing the governorate's affairs."
     He pointed out that “Al-Halbousi, according to officials in the governorate, instructed all directors of service departments to meet the demands of the party’s candidates and their supporters and support them in the electoral promotion processes,” explaining that “the service departments in Anbar have mobilized all their mechanisms to serve the candidates of the Taqadum Party,” stressing that “the electoral propaganda of the Taqadum Party is estimated at billions.” dinars.” Ended / 12a
