Oil is recovering from its weakest level in 27 months, with a weak dollar

Agencies - settled futures contracts for Brent crude above $ 91 a barrel on Thursday after recovering from the lowest level in 27 months, which reached the previous session, with a weak dollar amid possibilities that putting back the Fed to raise interest rates.
Prices also received support from expectations of an increase in demand for oil at the end of the month despite the increase in oil inventories America more than expected last week.
The minutes of the meeting showed the Monetary Policy Committee at the Federal Reserve (Fed) is evidence that the fears of the impact of a stronger dollar on the economy could delay any decision on interest rates.
The price of Brent crude futures for November delivery November 15 cents to 91.53 dollars a barrel by 0600 GMT. Brent may record 90.57 dollars on Wednesday, its lowest level since June June 2012 before recovering to close at 91.38 dollars a barrel.
The price of crude contracts in November November 27 cents to 87.58 dollars a barrel after it ended the previous session down $ 1.54. The crude has been recorded on Wednesday, the lowest level since April 2013 at 86.83 dollars.
