Today, Sunday (November 5, 2023), the Parliamentary Legal Committee commented on the parliamentary, judicial and executive performance in Iraq with regard to combating negative phenomena that are destructive to society.
Committee member Arif Al-Hamami told Baghdad Today, “There is good follow-up and oversight by the judicial, executive, and parliamentary bodies, according to their authority, for all negative phenomena that are destructive to society, and there are measures taken by those bodies, especially the executive and judicial.”
Al-Hamami stated, “The deterrent measures taken by the judicial and executive authorities have become a deterrent factor to stop many of the destructive negativity of society, especially those that have recently spread on social media sites, and we support any judicial or executive step to protect Iraqi society from any negative phenomena related to corruption.” Various drugs and others.
