    The Parliamentary Health and Environment Committee stressed, on Monday, the importance of following up on the implementation of the Health Insurance Law and the priority segments.

    The head of the committee, Majid Shankali, said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “Following up on the procedures for implementing the law, which is one of the most important laws approved by the House of Representatives during the current session.” 
    He added, "The stages of implementing the law begin with the segments of employees, then retirees, and then the segments covered by the social assistance network." 
    He pointed out that "the government and the Ministry of Health are making exceptional efforts to cover the largest number of people with health insurance, as it will provide health services to citizens."
