    The Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, directed, on Wednesday, the legal prosecution of anyone who exploits the state’s capabilities to influence voter choices, about 19 days before the opening of polling stations to choose representatives of the people in the provincial and district councils.[/size]
