    Information / Baghdad..
On Wednesday, the Parliamentary Economy, Industry and Trade Committee called on the Council of Ministers to return the draft law on partnership between the public and private sectors to the House of Representatives, noting that this law can regulate contracts and improve the performance of contracts.

Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Yasser Al-Husseini, said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The Council of Ministers withdrew the draft law on partnership between the public and private sectors from the House of Representatives before starting to discuss its paragraphs.”
He added, "The partnership law is one of the important laws that, if approved in the House of Representatives, will contribute in one way or another to raising the revenues of the public and private sectors."
He pointed out that "the contracts concluded between the private sector and the ministries are like poor contracts," stressing that "there are important laws related to industry and trade that must be legislated within the House of Representatives to encourage the private sector."
The Parliamentary Industry, Economy and Trade Committee stressed in a previous interview with “Al-Ma’louma” the importance of legislating the industrial investment law during the upcoming sessions to advance the industrial reality. Ended / 25
