    Information / Anbar..
Today, Tuesday, tribal circles in Anbar Governorate accused the dismissed Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Taqaddam Party, Muhammad al-Halbousi, of using threats, intimidation, and blackmail to seize positions within the governorate.

Sheikh Raed Al-Zahir Al-Dulaimi told Al-Maaluma: “Al-Halbousi used his tools to encourage and intimidate anyone who tried to object to his choices of the personalities he nominated to hold important positions in the governorate.”
He explained, "Al-Halbousi maliciously threatened some people by opening files related to corruption and terrorism against them."
He continued, "Some of the winning members of the Taqadum Party in the local elections in the Anbar Provincial Council entered into a crisis within the party in protest against Al-Halbousi's behavior and his choices of the figures he nominates for important positions in the province."
He pointed out "the defection of the former governor of Anbar, Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, and 3 members of the party, and their formation of a new alliance called Al-Istiqlal."
He expressed his conviction that "the current Anbar government will not withstand the disagreements between Al-Halbousi and members of his party, anticipating that there will be another defection of a number of Taqadum leaders." Ended / 12a
