    Shafaq News/ The Kirkuk Governorate Agriculture Department revealed today, Thursday, that 300 thousand agricultural dunams are still outside the agricultural plan because they are included in Article 140 and their fate has not been decided.
    The Director of Kirkuk Agriculture told Shafaq News Agency, “The agricultural lands in Kirkuk Governorate had complaints in the Department of Property Disputes that were resolved,” indicating that “the areas specified in the Kirkuk Agriculture Department, which are outside the annual plan, are estimated at 300 thousand agricultural dunams distributed among village areas.” Hanjir and Shawan, and parts of Yayji district, Dibs and Daquq districts.”
    He added, "Farmers who have complaints regarding agricultural lands can submit documents to the judiciary at the first instance courts for consideration," explaining that "most of the complaints submitted were rejected by the courts, which must be frozen by the competent courts."
