    Information/report...
How long will Iraq remain under American control and guardianship, which controls its money and resources and even the lives of its people, and for how long will this control that shackles Iraq at all levels, whether political or economic, remain?

At a time when Iraq was hoping for good by Iraq’s request to remove American forces from Iraq, the results were disappointing, especially after the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to Washington, which confirmed the unwillingness of the Americans to leave Iraq, then it was followed by US President Joe Biden’s announcement extending the state of emergency for his country in Iraq. .
This confirms that the Iraqi government cannot liberate itself from the American restrictions imposed by force, from which it cannot escape except through armed resistance.
The head of the Wojoud Movement, Muhammad Abu Saeeda, described the independence of the Iraqi decision as “fragmentary,” noting that “America controls many files and decisions in Iraq.

Abu Saida told Al-Maalouma, “The American decision to extend the state of emergency is to impose American guardianship over Iraq, and this confirms the absence of independence in the Iraqi decision.”
He added, "There are many Iraqi files controlled by Washington, most notably the currency files, Chapter Seven, energy and electricity projects, and Iraq's relations with neighboring countries, in addition to its control over the file of building the political system."
He stated that "Iraq has fragmented independence, and as for the political decision, America imposes its control over it."
In addition, political analyst Saeed Al-Badri said on Sunday that Biden’s position towards Iraq by extending the state of emergency will have a negative impact economically and regionally, and will keep American forces in Iraq to serve Zionist interests.
Al-Badri told Al-Maalouma: “Extending the state of emergency in Iraq means that the country still poses a danger, and this affects Iraq and its foreign relations.”
He added, "Many of Iraq's economic interests will be disrupted, and this is what American policy wants," indicating, "The goal of this policy is to preserve the security of the Zionist entity and military survival in Iraq."
While political observer Kazem Al-Hajj called on the legislative and executive authorities to confront US President Joe Biden’s decision to extend the state of emergency for an additional year in Iraq.

Al-Hajj told Al-Maalouma, “This decision expresses the American desire to maintain control over Iraq’s money and oil resources and the continued military presence.”
He stressed the need to "move towards international institutions and confirm that Iraq is an independent state and does not pose a threat to the international community."
For his part, political analyst Sabah Al-Ugaili explained that US President Joe Biden’s decision to extend the state of emergency for an additional year carries two economic and security dimensions and contradicts what Al-Sudani proposed by changing the relationship with Washington to a sustainable partnership.
Al-Ugaili told Al-Maalouma, “Biden’s renewal of the state of emergency that President W. Bush began in 2003 for another year was based on the continued existence of obstacles to reconstruction and security, but in reality they are just lies,” indicating that “Biden’s decision contradicts what Al-Sudani proposed.” By changing relations with Washington to sustainable partnership relations, it also violates the coordination framework agreement, and Iraq is going through a state of security and political stability.”
He added, "The decision to extend the state of emergency for an additional year has two goals. The first is security and aims to continue consolidating the American military presence in Iraq, and the second is economic and aims to maintain the dominance of the US Federal Bank over Iraqi funds as a result of its sale of oil and control of its economy and to neutralize the government from establishing large and gigantic projects that require large funds." ".
Al-Ugaili was surprised by “the government’s silence so far and the failure to respond to the decision taken by Biden.” End 25 n
