    The head of the Iraqi government, Haider al-Abadi, won the confidence of Parliament on the government program in, (the eighth of September 2014), and confirmed in, (the 11th of September 2014), his commitment to this program, calling for cooperation "and concerted efforts to address the security, political and economic challenges."


    Government program included six axes to the priorities of the strategy, focused on Iraq to build a secure, stable, upgrading service and the standard of living of the citizen, encouraging a shift towards the private sector, to increase oil and gas production to improve financial sustainability, reform of financial and administrative governmental institutions, the organization of federal relations - local, as well as inter including commitments to achieve national reconciliation and solving problems with the Kurdistan region, and the formation of the National Guard, and other things that have contributed to calming the fears of various spectrums of society, and to promote national cohesion.  


    It is noteworthy that an alliance of Iraqi forces, is a parliamentary bloc, founded in, (the thirtieth of June 2014), to represent the six provinces that organized the protests opposed to the policies of the former prime minister, Nouri al-Maliki, which is a collector framework of political forces represented entities are united for reform, and Arabic, and fulfillment of Anbar, Diyala and identity, and a number of independent MPs.
