The United Anbar Alliance considered today, Saturday, that the recent American attack on the Popular Mobilization Forces in Jarab al-Nasr, created a gap between the government and America.
The leader in the alliance, Dhari al-Dulaimi, told /Al-Maalomah/ agency that "America created a state of tension in the region by targeting the Popular Mobilization Forces, and discontent among the Iraqi security leaders about its presence."
He added, "The recent American escalation embarrassed the government and put it in a difficult position in light of the popular demands for the departure of American forces from all their bases in Iraq."
He promised, "The departure of American forces from Iraq has become an absolute necessity." End / 12A
