    Alsumaria News - Silasa

MP Alaa Al-Haidari addressed the Public Prosecution in Iraq to file a legal complaint and pursue suspicions of corruption in food contracts for members of the Energy Police, coinciding with Al-Haidari’s demand two days ago to “cleanse” the Energy Police of elements complicit with oil smuggling gangs.

A document dated August 7, which appeared in the media on Monday, showed news provided by Al-Haidari to the Public Prosecution Office about suspicions of corruption in the food contracts file for members of the Energy Police, as the meals were poor and did not match the amount of money deducted from their salaries.

Two days ago, Al-Haidari demanded in a tweet followed by Sumaria News, to cleanse the energy police of elements complicit with oil smuggling gangs, as this information was revealed after the arrest of a gang specialized in oil smuggling, and it became clear that there were elements of the energy police helping these gangs.
