The Supreme Security Committee discusses preparations for the visit to Türkiye

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein chaired the meeting of the Supreme Security Committee yesterday, Sunday, at the Ministry’s headquarters.
A statement by the Foreign Ministry stated that "the meeting included the committee members, Minister of Defense Thabet Al-Abbasi, National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji, Minister of Interior of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq Reber Ahmed, and the head of the Intelligence Service."
He added, "During the meeting, discussions were held on the ongoing preparations for the upcoming visit of the committee to Turkey, in addition to discussing the most important security and military issues shared between the two countries."
