    Baghdad, Iraq hold the world economic figures in the Jordanian capital Amman on Thursday, a preparatory meeting to formulate a framework for the establishment of the Iraqi Economic Council.

     The economic policy of the Council on integrated social care constants and improve the environment and the concept of a free economy and open markets for capital, goods, services and products. It will feature actress Iraqi economic leaders approaching involved in economic affairs of the private sector without compromising its independence and moral character and scope of work to be basic, intellectual and practical economic platform Iraqi leaders.


     Will speak during the meeting, head of the Iraqi Business Council in Jordan Dr. Majid al-Saadi, the head of the economy and invest in the House of Representatives Jawad al-Bolani, the Iraqi ambassador to Jordan Jawad Hadi Abbas. The meeting will review and discuss the objectives of the Council and the mechanism of action and coordination with the Iraqi government and the House of Representatives, and determine the headquarters of the Council site, and discuss funding sources, and the draft rules of procedure, and the legal capacity of the Board, and the appointment of a legal advisor and request the establishment of the Council, signed by the participants to meet incorporation of asylum.     The Council supports the stability of the markets through the stability of commodity prices and the Iraqi dinar exchange through effective partnership between the Iraqi Central Bank and local banks using international expertise, such as the International Monetary and organizations and advisory bodies similar fund. 


    The Council also supports the provision of training opportunities and rehabilitation work of the new genuine labor trained and productive, Council calls for the optimal employment of the workforce and run to suit the terms of reference, the Council also supports a variety of programs of study to find a fit with the needs of the market, and supports the Council's educational programs for the development of Iraqi universities and the expansion of scholarships for developed countries and developing the capacities of universities.


     The Council calls on the public debt to adjust and control it in a safe and acceptable limits commensurate with the regional and global economic growth, also calls for the use of international expertise and experience offices to monitor trends of the world economy and its impact on the financial indicators of the Iraqi government.


     The Council emphasizes the equitable distribution of income and investment opportunities and diversify the economic base of players and increase sources of public revenue through the development of savings and the development of additional savings and investment channels sound through the development and support of national banks which are managed by the private sector.


     The Council also supports the increased capital investment and domestic savings to business for the purpose of recycling in the national economy in an effective manner, and supports the government's program to share governance between the public and private sector such as the introduction of laws that regulate this relationship.


     Council calls for increased participation of the private sector and the expansion of its contribution to the national economy through the activation of a government program with the participation of the privatization of the private sector depends on the development of companies and interests that will be subject to privatization on the basis of development before privatized acceptable from the local and international markets levels to be put on the private sector investment as companies successful.


     Council calls for strengthening the economy's ability to interact and compete efficiently with regional and international economic variables adoption of effective laws are in line with economic openness, also calls for speeding up Cancel inhibitory laws of the development of the private sector, and calls for a review of a state monopoly of economic activities.


     The Council also supports the programs of corporate social responsibility through the United Nations on the development of Iraq's programs, including the United Nations Development Programme and the ESCWA program and the program of the Global Compact of the United Nations, which includes ten items in the field of human rights, labor, environment and other humanitarian principles for the purpose of creating a sense of citizenship among local companies and promote responsibility Social enterprises and communities Iraqi business towards the local civil society in which it operates.


     The Council also supports the Iraqi civil society organizations active in Iraq, which means improving the economic, social and ecological environment, which calls for peaceful coexistence among the diverse shades of the Iraqi society. 


    It is the purpose of the establishment of the Council emphasized the need for his active participation and positive in all economic conferences held on Iraq or regional economy or the world to represent the Iraqi private sector and show the positive experiences of employing them in the areas of support and investment. 


    The Council supports the establishment of conferences and exhibitions and international economic seminars on Iraq so as to provide comprehensive coverage of the investment opportunities available in Iraq and to find ways and means to support the investors for the establishment of successful investments in the country. 


    The Council affirms its desire to establish strategic economic studies center on a global basis sober assisted by Iraqi, Arab and foreign expertise to provide the best solutions to economic problems, commensurate with the requirements of the legislation along the lines of modern foundations in economically advanced countries. 


    The Council supports the provision of counseling and aid and support the Iraqi private sector small and medium enterprises and to provide international and local funding to support these projects as part of the economic sustainability of the process through the establishment of a financing fund concessional terms.


     And confirms the Council adopted a long-term strategic partnership between him and international professional organizations in the economic fields, including the United Nations and international organizations and similar organizations for the purpose of the transfer of successful experiences to draw from locally.


     The Board also confirms that all of these goals, which was established under which can not be achieved without building the capacity of the strategic partnership with the government for good governance to support the private sector in a clear and permanent legislation in the field of financial and operational support. 


    The creators see the establishment of the Council that the public interest requires the development of the organizational structure and administrative arrangement to approach eating affairs and economic issues and decision-making towards it through the hand represent the diversity of economic leadership based on scientific approaches based study and analysis and to achieve coordination, coherence and complementarity between the work of the private sector and the public sector, both Legislative Representative House of Representatives and the Executive Representative government responds to the requirements of the speed of decision-making in matters economic issues efficiently.
