MP Mukhtar al-Moussawi confirmed on Tuesday that Washington violated 3 articles of the strategic agreement with Iraq because of the Zionist entity.
Al-Moussawi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, "Sovereignty is a red line for Iraq and its airspace cannot be accepted as a path for aggression against neighboring countries according to fixed constitutional principles supported by all segments of the people without exception."
He added, "Washington violated three articles in the strategic agreement with Iraq by facilitating the Zionist entity's flights in its airspace and not preventing it, but rather providing it with all logistical and informational facilities, including communications, to complete the cycle of aggression against a neighboring Muslim country."
He pointed out that "what America has done indicates that its alliance with the Zionist entity includes harnessing all agreements and treaties to serve the occupier and its crimes of genocide and aggression against the Arab and Muslim peoples, which prompts us to confirm our firm position on the necessity of removing those forces because they represent a threat to security and stability."
