Jubouri said that "the current approach to Iraq is openness and cooperation with the countries of the region," noting that "The visit of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi carried out to Egypt comes as part of this trend." And on the adoption of the budget requirements of the parliament speaker said "We take into consideration the existence of a continuous decline in oil prices," stressing that "it will substantially affect allocations and estimates that put in the budget."[/ltr]
