    rule on the defendants.

A member of the Commission on Human
Rights parliamentary, an inch, in an interview to the (long-Presse),
"The Amnesty International report released on Monday, on cases of
torture in Iraqi prisons unfair but it some credibility," and expressed
hope that " listen to the Iraqi government to the report and the
    application can be applied. "

    The Amnesty International launched,
on Monday, the 11 of March 2013, an attack on the current regime in
Iraq, stressing that cases of torture in prisons is still going on
despite the passage of ten years on the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime,
calling for the Iraqi authorities to "put an end to this vicious
terrible violations and a moratorium on executions as a first step on
the road to the abolition of the death penalty. "

    The inch is a
member bloc citizen faction Ammar al-Hakim "There are some violations at
jails and prisons, as well as some cases of torture in some prisons
undeniable," calling the Iraqi government to "pursue this matter and not
to rely on confessions extracted by force."

is necessary in order not to encroach upon the right personal and
public," stressing at the same time "the need to application of
retribution as stated in the Koran (...). "

    The head of the Iraqi
Council of Representatives Osama Najafi said in (5 March 2013) that the
arrests and torture in prisons are in full swing, revealing "four
deaths among prisoners in the past month as a result of torture."

    The
head of the ministerial committee responsible for monitoring the
affairs of the protesters, Hussein al-Shahristani announced, on February
21 2013, the release of some 2,500 prisoners from the prisons of the
Ministries of Justice and Interior since the start of the Commission's
work, stressing the continuation of "conditional release" of detainees,
noting that the released were anonymity in the official newspaper and
the Ministry of Justice obliged to release all of the issued memorandum
    released from the judiciary. "

    And criticized by Human Rights

    concern."

Also criticized by Human Rights Watch in its report,
the U.S. government, they "did not press the Maliki government enough to
curb corruption and human rights violations cascading, with the
approach of the tenth anniversary of the U.S. invasion that toppled the
    dictatorship of Saddam."

The country has seen since the 21 of
December 2012, demonstrations of anti-government in the provinces of
Anbar and Nineveh, Salahuddin and Diyala, evolved dramatically after
words leaders demonstrations in Anbar through Friday, (February 22,
2013), (Jomaa Iraq or al-Maliki), since attacked the leaders of the
demonstrations In Ramadi, the Iraqi government, accusing it of
implementing a project "Safavi, Fatemi Kasravi" to eliminate Iraq's
Sunnis, calling Iraq's Shiites to examine themselves and their positions
on Iran for peaceful coexistence with the rest of the ingredients,
demanding to dissolve Criminal Court and the release of Sultan Hashem
Ahmed and Hussein Rashid al-Tikriti convicted implementation Anfal
operations during 1988, which resulted in the deaths of thousands of
    Kurdish citizens.

These developments indicate clearly to the
worsening sectarian situation in the country, especially during the past
few weeks in conjunction with the failure of the government and the
parliament to reach a clear solutions to ensure implementation of the
    demands of the demonstrators.

    Observers believe that what is
happening in Iraq now threatens Bagttal sectarian, especially with
invitations fired by one party or another and that fuel the Iraqi street
from the premises مظلومية community and its children, which
