"

    The provincial council in Basra, it was announced in the (twenty-fourth of April 2015), rejected the decision of the Ministry of Finance and the judge activate the tariff law issued in 2010, saying that the decision to try to displace the merchants of Basra to the governorates of the Kurdistan region.
