    BAGHDAD / ... revealed a member of the parliamentary legal committee MP Hamdiya Husseini, Thursday, for the exceptions included in the general amnesty law for convicts in prisons of different issues, while showed that the preparation of the governed amounted to 28 000 doomed, but it did not specify the number, which will include an exception.

    Husseini said for "Eye Iraq News", that "the general amnesty law will exclude from the doomed 28 000 prisons in large numbers, but it did not specify these numbers, noting that the law would not include the governed issues of terrorism, money laundering and kidnapping."

    "The parliamentary legal committee has completed the final stages to display the General Amnesty Law for a vote in Parliament after making some amendments to the paragraphs".

    She Husseini said "what delay the House vote on the amnesty law is not to consolidate the views of the political blocs on the materials and paragraphs of the law."
