Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Court of Integrity Committee in Baghdad decided to seize all possessions and properties of the Chairman of Karbala Provincial Council, Mohammed al-Musawi, and to forbid him from travelling abroad.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Interior mentioned “According to the decree of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council/ Federal Court of Rusafa/ Baghdad no. 3041 on 17/4/2013, the court decided to seize all properties of the defendant Mohammed Hameed Hashim Sharmouti al-Musawi and forbid him from travelling abroad.”
