{Baghdad: Euphrates News} announced that the Ministry of Commerce, on Sunday, announced new measures to achieve business objectives and to avoid duplication of services the ministry center functions and the accompanying sagging and complexity in the organizational structure and in line with the state policy to reduce the slack and exploitation of resources.
The Director General of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Commerce invocation Hashim Sabt said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today, that " the minister got for the development of the work ofdepartments ministry center and the form in which it can achieve its goals and toavoid duplication of work proposals as well as reducing its large number Sectional and people that do not constitute a presence important priority in the work of this ministry. " she added that" the new measures included reducing its people and departments in the Administrative and financial department and the abolition ofhiring people and landlords, data and deputations and members of corporate and human resources planning gender division as well as the transfer of the functions ofthose people to the people similar new measures also included the cancellation ofmaintenance Division, printing and reproduction and transfer its functions to thetransportation and maintenance Division and the Division of administration and identities. " She noted that" the mechanism of limbering also included the legal department of the Foreign economic relations and the commercial and financial control and the Department of Registration of companies and the Department of thedevelopment of the private sector and to ensure the integration and the abolition of the people and sections where were canceled {7} sections and {70} Division to be the number after limbering {36} and {section 77} Division ".anthy
