{Baghdad: Euphrates News} new heads of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, during a meeting with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Iraq, Jan Kubiš, yesterday, the region's desire to dissolve rational problems between Erbil and Baghdad through dialogue and negotiation.

"
