" 
    Jubouri added that " The campaign comes as part placed by the local county government program for the rehabilitation of Baiji and cleansed from mines and booby raising the ruins of houses and markets ,government departments , which have been bombing and demolition , " adding that " the campaign launched earlier and stopped but we decided to return them to end the suffering of the people of the elimination of displacement." 
    He called on the governor of Salahuddin central government to "accelerate the launch of the rebuilding of thecity funds, especially after exposure to terrorist operations have become the Baiji beset by 100% , " and urged the international community and humanitarian organizations to "visiting the city of Baiji stricken and stand on cases ruin the obvious, destruction and contribute to the rehabilitation prelude to restore thedisplaced. " 
    it is said that this campaign involving more than 18 mechanism and three detachments of the Department ofElectricity distribution and three other of the water, as well as municipalities , the Directorate and effort engineering and folk clan and the crowd.
