{Baghdad} Euphrates News announced that the Ministry of Construction and Housing, municipalities, the high proportion of issuing construction licenses in the province of Najaf.
According to a ministry statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy ofit, that "simplification for issuing holiday construction procedures came in support of the citizens and that will reduce the red tape found while retaining the legal right to the Directorate over ownership and the ownership of residential land , " referring to the "382 vacation issuing building Najaf province during the first half of 2016 ".
He called on citizens to" review the Court of Najaf Municipality Directorate for issuing a building in order not to be subjected to monitoring irregularities by themunicipal departments during the construction period. "
The statement pointed out that" the construction permits issued ranging from residential and commercial license , "pointing to" the high proportion of issuing licenses with the launch of new loans for the housing fund under the CBI initiative by the ministry. " It is
noteworthy that, Najaf Municipality had issued 71 holiday building between residential and commercial holiday during the month of June past.
the Assistant General Director of the Housing Fund Hussein threshold has announced that the opening of the website through which the pull apply for the loan forms.
He said that " the first batch of the loan will be 60% , and when you see the bond completed the remaining amount which the {40%}" noting that " the form containing the sequence and the right for all Iraqis to apply for these loans and from all provinces except the province of Kurdistan," but he also said that " the amount of the loan is 50 million Iraqi dinars and are entitled to the employee and non -employee rendering it , " explaining that "practical measures within the Housing Fund for the completion of the transaction will take one month only, the fact that thehealth of the breasts and e Astgrkan two weeks or more ".anthy
