    Dr. Walid al- Hilli secretary general of the Association of Human Rights in Iraq , said that countries, organizations and political entities use rights system man of justice and morality, rights and freedoms and duties misled about the real intentions and to harm Iraq.  

    He added ornaments during theinterventions of him in the second International Conference on thepsychological and media operations to counter Daash held in Baghdad recently that "media outlets famous big satellite channels such as the BBC is still nominate Daash Islamic state, giving a negative impression about the Islamic religion, at a time when the whole world knows that these gangs kill Muslims and others, and violate human rights, and theuse of Islam to mislead the name on its hostile for him and for all of humanity.  

    he cautioned that some of the Arab, regional and foreign countries and means of media and political organizations that claim commitment to human rights is the first to provide financial, logistical and media support for Daash and without regard for the sanctity of blood being shed every day, seeking in this evil business to settle accounts between states at Iraq 's expense !!  

    the secretary general of the Association that the psychological and information operations that violate human rights and a non to achieve several objectives Perhaps in the forefront:  
    - minimize the importance of victories over Daash, seeking to weaken the fighting fronts against him  
    - attempts to distract the Iraqi state of heart and multiple problems and different orientations of scientific and disrupt thepolitical,  
    - the deployment of desperation among Iraqis, and the fragmentation of their ranks and unity,  
    - tarnish the image of the Islamic religion  
    - abuse of human rights.  

    but Iraq Champions of the security forces and the popular crowd and stood deduced from it all and achieved historic victories and revealed practically falsity Daash and approach and orientations .
