    Oilfield Authority announced Dhi Qar, on Monday, for the completion of the drilling ofeight new oil wells Bhkulai pouring Nasiriyah, while confirming that the drilling falls within the plan "to sustain and develop the oil production" in those fields, she noted that oil production reached 180 thousand bpd from producing fields in Nasiriyah and Gharraf. 
    , said the director of the fields of Dhi Qar cream Yasser in an interview with (long - Presse), " the Iraqi drilling company completed the excavation work on eight new oil wells in the field of Nasiriyah, and the field of pouring, by seven wells in the field Nasiriyah, asingle well in the pouring field , "noting that" drilling within the plan to sustain and develop production in thefields mentioned. " 
    He said Yasser, that" the total wells in the fields of Nasiriyah and the pouring of 51 wells so far, distributed asfollows : 31 wells in the field of Nasiriyah , and 20 wells in the pouring field , "adding, that" the current total oil production in the province fields reached 180 thousand barrels per day, of which 80 thousand barrels of Nassiriya, 100 thousand barrels of Garraf field. " 
    he said Yasser, that" the oil pouring field is currently in the process of in preparation for entering theproduction phase after the completion of infrastructure and surface facilities required for this service ,"stressing" the adoption of a plan to develop and raise its oil output ceiling at all to maintain the fields. " 
    the body oil fields of Dhi Qar , had announced, ( the seventh of February 2016), all seeking to maintain direct the production of natural gas for the first time from the Garraf oil field card 49 million cubic feet, mid - year 2016, after the monument processing unit , which is being implemented by STS Korean company iscompleted. 
    the two companies Petronas and Japex of Japan have signed in the (19 of December the second in 2010), signed a contract with the Ministry of oil to develop the Garraf field in the province of Dhi Qar includes thedrilling of 240 wells by 2017 , which will allow to raise oil production from Garraf fields ceiling to reach 230 thousand barrels per day in 2017. 
    the estimated oil reserves in Dhi Qar oil fields more than 20 billion barrels spread over the Garraf, Nasiriyah and Abu column fields and field pouring, while total current production from the fields of Garraf and Nasiriyah ,about 180 thousand barrels per day.

    the date of the oil production in Dhi Qar to 2007, where he has direct first phase of the development ofNasiriyah oil field in the beginning of that year, an initial production capacity is estimated at 12 thousand barrels per day.
