    Sadek President Fuad Masum, on Wednesday, to ban the Baath and entities, parties and activities "racist and terrorist and Takfiri party law." 
    He said the Information Office of thePresident, in a statement received (range Press) copy of it, " the president Fuad Masum approved a ban on the party law Baath, entities and racist parties and terrorist takfiri and activities. " 
    Media Office said that" this law is designed to prevent the return of the Baath party under any name to thepower or the political life and the prohibition of entities and political parties and organizations that adopt theideas or attitudes inconsistent with the principles of democracy and the peaceful transfer of power and those that contrary to their objectives or activities with the principles of the Constitution. " 
    He said the president 's office said" the law also aims to define and regulate the procedures and sanctions to implement the prohibitions referred to in this article and to punish violators of the provisions of the law ,"adding that" this law sent for publication in the official Gazette. " 
    the House of Representatives voted, on 30 July, during its seventh of the first legislative term of the third legislative year to ban the Baath and entities dissolved parties and the activities of racist and "terrorist and takfiri" party law. 
    also endorsed the President, yesterday, on the anti - terrorism law , considering that the law will address the operations of "terrorist" aimed at the state and citizens and their property.

    noteworthy that the House of Representatives, voted in 13 of last August, during its meeting of the 11th legislative Chapter of the first legislative year , the third on the draft anti - terrorism law.
