    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Zyad al-Tharb of the Iraqiya Slate stressed that “The State of Law Coalition refused all the posts within the formation of Baghdad new government and insisted on winning the post of Baghdad Governor, consequently it was excluded from the government formation.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]Tharb stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “In the former local government, the SLC monopolized the power, thus led to the dissatisfaction of the rest entities and the citizens over its performance.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]“The monopolization and marginalization policy followed by the SLC made the blocs which were marginalized previously to ally in order to get every entity involved in the government organization,” he confirmed.[/ltr]
