[ltr]He stressed Communications Minister Hassan Rashed, Wednesday, that the telecom sector is an important and basic sectors, it is defective in 13 years did not organize the work of this sector.[/ltr]

[ltr]He called Al-Rashed the House of Representatives and the Committee to "discuss the laws that are interested telecommunications sector", adding that "the duty Communications Commission to give licenses for mobile phones which is linked to the Council of Representatives, and many Iraqis expect that the Ministry of Communications is one of the working poor services in the work of the mobile phone."[/ltr]
[ltr]He suggested adult "giving leave the mobile phone by the Investment Authority for being located within the state investment, and thus get rid of the links that could lead to many problematic between the state institutions on the level of investment and the use of legal materials in delaying provide better services for the Iraqi people."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Committee on Culture, Media parliament has held a seminar to discuss the CMC Act and was attended by Minister of Communications and Chairman of the Federation of Arab Journalists and the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate pro-Lami and a number of representatives of the ministries and media institutions Almnih.anthy 29[/ltr]
