Independent Electoral Commission confirmed thedecision of the three presidencies need to postpone provincial elections to the legislation from the House of Representatives.
A member of the Board of Commissioners and spokesman of the Commission on behalf of Miqdad al - Sharif, said that ' the Commission is ready to hold elections next year and so informed on all sides' noting that ' the final decision for the three presidencies arrived for the Commission which inturn sent it to parliament being needs a legislative intervention of the House of Representatives this subject' .
He pointed out that ' the Commission has more than an alternative plan [a, b, c] and dealing with theobjective conditions which have the full ability to manage any electoral event in accordance with these plans stomach'.
