    News / Baghdad 
    held the House of Representatives, on Thursday, its 34th of the current legislative term under the chairmanship ofSalim al - Jubouri , and the presence of 196 deputies, is scheduled to be hearing witness vote on the draft budget for fiscal 2017 Act, voting in principle to the first draft amendment to the law of the amnesty law, as well as the first reading of the proposed second amendment to the Law of the independent Electoral Commission Act. 

    A parliamentary source said in an interview Sumerian's News, "The House of Representatives held its 34th of thecurrent legislative term under the chairmanship of Salim al - Jubouri , and the presence of 196 deputies , " noting that " the meeting will vote on the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2017, and vote on aproposed law the abolition of the Revolutionary command Council resolution dissolved No. (180) for the year 1977, and vote on the draft law of the Supreme Judicial Council. "




    The source , who asked not to be named, said : " The meeting will also vote on the wording of a resolution on theinclusion of ethnic Syriac and retina and Yazidis in information for national card form, and vote on the candidates of the investigative committee regarding the review of all leases and investment marsh water bodies, voting in principle to the first draft amendment to the Law of General Amnesty Law No. (27) for the year 2016 ". 

    The source added, that " the meeting include a vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention on the Law for the Prevention of Pollution in the Ships, 1973 as amended Alyntalq by the Protocol of 1978 , known simply as (MARPOL), and vote on a proposed second amendment to the law of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Law No. ( 53) for the year 2008, voting to approve the re - vote on the draft second amendment to the Law of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and Law No. (43) for the year 1989 ". 

    It also will witness the meeting, according to the source , " the formation of a committee to follow up the rights oflaw components, and the formation of a temporary committee to follow up and monitor the projects and the work of the ages and others Fund, introduced the subject of full - time MP Nawaf Saud Zayd." 

    The source continued, " The session also will see the first reading of the proposed Second Amendment to the Law of the Independent Higher Commission for Elections Law No. (11) for the year 2007, and the first reading of the draft tribes and clans law, and report and discuss the draft Iraqi Commission for the adoption of a law, and continuing discussion of the proposed media and communications law." 

    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives filed on Monday (November 28, 2016), the 33 hearing to Thursday, and after that the voice on the referral of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights members to retire.
