Fantasy Friday: Buffalo Bills to start and drop for Week 15

For each week of the NFL season, we here at the Buffalo Bills cover32 site will be providing some fantasy football advice. Taking a look at two players every week, we will attempt to aid all fantasy players in their weekly roster selections with one start and one drop from the Buffalo Bills weekly roster.

Start — Tyrod Taylor — Quarterback
In what could be his final chance to really shine as the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, look for Tyrod Taylor to have a pretty good game this Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Though the Browns defense has been strong at times, they always seem to cave late, something that should play into Tyrod Taylor’s hands.
Focusing on the rushing attack for most of the season, Tyrod Taylor was forced to become the offenses sole producer last week when the running game struggled. Should the same happen early on this week against the Browns, Taylor will once again be called into action during a game that he must do well in.
Unlikely to see his option with the Bills picked up this offseason, Taylor needs to fill his highlight reel with tape from this game. With his future as an NFL starter on the line, look for Taylor to have a shockingly good day as he leads the Bills to a very close win over the Browns.
Drop — Robert Woods — Wide Receiver
Though Robert Woods showed some fantasy value earlier in the season, his status as a fantasy player in the playoffs should be nonexistent. With Sammy Watkins back in the fold for the Bills and Justin Hunter proving to be a touchdown target when the team is near the goal line, Woods’ will see little targets and even less production in the coming weeks.
In zero league format is Woods a starter at this point. While he is the second string receiver with the Buffalo Bills, he is not a serious threat in fantasy football. His yardage and receptions for this week’s contests will likely put him near the lower rungs of fantasy wide receivers, something that should make him a definite drop.

If you are looking for a potential sleeper for your playoff matchup this week, one player could be Justin Hunter. Should the Bills get into the redzone, Hunter is a touchdown threat. While he would be a high risk start, he is also a high reward type of player.
