Bolani said in an interview for the "morning", said the international community is obliged to helping the Iraqi government to overcome the effects of the fierce war waged by Iraq against "Daesh" guerrilla terrorist behalf of the world left behind, pointing out that one of the ways this help support government steps in community reconciliation and heal the rift between the spectrum of the Iraqi society and pressure on the countries that facilitated the transit of terrorists and helped them.
